Our technicians recommend strictly fol- lowing the instructions on the maintenance label. This will ensure that the performance characteristics of the fabrics will last over time. LAVAGGI E TRATTAMENTI Per garantire un livello elevato di standard qualitativi ACERBIS effettua nei laboratori interni ed accreditati una serie di test sulle materie prime che compongono ogni singolo capo di abbigliamento. I nostri tecnici suggeriscono di seguire scrupolosamente le indicazioni riportate sull'eti- chetta di manutenzione. In questo modo le caratteristiche di performan- ce dei tessuti rimarranno più durature nel tempo. GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS MAINTENANCE - Prevent dirt from getting into the fabric. - Wash the garment as soon as possible. - In case of particularly stubborn stains, put some detergent directly on the affected area, leave it to act for a few minutes and then proceed with the washing operations indicated on the maintenance label. - If the garment is particularly dirty, allow it to soak with water and detergent in a basin for a couple of hours before proceeding with the washing operations indicated on the maintenance label. - Wash colored garments separately and wash light colored garments separately from dark ones. - It is advisable to turn each garment inside out before washing. - Before washing check that all zips are closed and fastened correctly to prevent other garments from coming into contact with these ac- cessories, risking injury to the fabric. - Wash separately garments and Velcro accessories. CONSIGLI GENERALI PER LA MANUTENZIONE - Evitare che lo sporco penetri nel tessuto. - Lavare il capo appena possibile. - In caso di macchie particolarmente persistenti, versare del detersivo direttamente sulla zona interessata, lasciare agire per qualche minuto e poi procedere con il lavaggio riportato nell'etichetta di manuten- zione. - Se l'indumento è particolarmente sporco, prevedere un ammollo con detersivo in una bacinella per un paio d'ore prima di procedere al lavaggio riportato nell'etichetta di manutenzione. - Lavare separatamente i colorati e gli indumenti chiari da quelli scuri. - Lavare preferibilmente al rovescio ogni capo di abbigliamento. - Prima del lavaggio assicurarsi di aver chiuso correttamente le cerniere per evitare che altri capi di abbigliamento vengano a contatto con questi accessori rischiando lesioni nel tessuto. - Lavare singolarmente indumenti e accessori provvisti di Velcro. APPLICATION INSTRUCTION FOR TRANSFER PRINTS - Suggested maximum application temperature: 150°. - Dwell time and pressure according to the recommendation of the transfer print supplier. - After print application, fabric has to be cooled down before being removed from the iron plate. - White and light colored heat transfers must have an anti-migration back-up layer when applied on colored fabrics. - Fabrics may not be pressed directly in order to avoid pressing marks. - Insert barrier material between the garment and the press for pro- tection. - It is not recommended to use the press where a print has previously been applied, as if it were to come into contact with the heat of the press, the print itself could be damaged. - White and colored garment parts should not be in direct contact du- ring print fixation. - It is recommended to always use a rubber anvil in the size of the heat transfer to avoid that hot heat plate is touching the whole fabric. ISTRUZIONI PER L'APPLICAZIONE DI TRANSFER PRINT - La temperatura massima consigliata per l'applicazione è 150°. - Pressione e temperatura devono essere modulate in base alle indica- zioni del fornitore della stampa. - Dopo l'applicazione della stampa, il tessuto deve essere raffreddato prima di essere rimosso dalla piastra. - Le stampe bianche o di colore chiaro devono avere uno strato anti-mi- grazione sul retro, se applicate su tessuto colorato. - Il tessuto non deve essere pressato direttamente senza strati interme- di perché potrebbe riportare segni dovuti al calore. - Inserire sempre uno strato che faccia da barriera tra il tessuto e la pressa. - Si sconsiglia di utilizzare la pressa dove precedentemente è stata ap- plicata una stampa, in quanto se dovesse entrare in contatto con il calore della pressa la stessa stampa potrebbe risultare danneggiata. - Parti bianche e parti colorate dello stesso capo non devono entrare in contatto diretto durante l'utilizzo della pressa. - Si consiglia di utilizzare sempre un supporto in gomma della dimen- sione della stampa da posizionare sotto al tessuto, in modo che la pressa calda non entri in contatto con tutto il tessuto.
