SISTEMA B2B ACERBIS Sport 2025 - P.169 Techincal Infos B2B SYSTEM Through the Customer Service office, our clients will be provided of an ID code and password in order to access our B2B platform, that through pull-down menus will provide the following functions: Attraverso l'ufficio Customer Service ACERBIS, i nostri clienti saranno provvisti del codice ID e password per accedere alla piattaforma B2B che, tramite appositi menu a tendina, offrirà le seguenti funzioni: 01 - PRODUCTS Identify the collections, verify the actual stock availability, check the future availabilities, identify single gross and net price for all the items. 02 - CART/ORDERS Select the product for quantity and size. Insert any order note and con- firm the final order. Meanwhile, in the ORDERS menu all your purchases are historicized by order reference. 03 - BACK ORDER Keep track of your pending product and the corresponding replenish- ment dates. 04 - PAYMENTS It informs the client about his own financial and economic situation. 05 - NEW/PROMO It offers the possibility to order directly the latest new products and promotions of ACERBIS products 06 - DOCUMENTS It summarizes your invoicing documents and it offers the opportunity to download them in PDF and Excel format. 06 - STATISTICS It shows the monthly sent value in reference to both the calendar year and the fiscal year. 01 - PRODOTTI Individuare le collezioni, verificare le disponibilità attuali a magazzino, controllare le disponibilità future, identificare prezzo lordo e netto unitario per tutti gli articoli. 02 - CARRELLO/ORDINI Scegliere il prodotto per quantità e taglia. Inserire eventuali note d'ordine ed infine confermare l'ordine stesso. Nel menu ORDINI, invece, sono stori- cizzati tutti i propri acquisti suddivisi per riferimento d'ordine. 03 - BACK ORDER Tener traccia del proprio materiale inevaso e le rispettive date di riapprov- vigionamento. 04 - PAGAMENTI Informa il cliente della propria situazione contabile e finanziaria. 05 - NEW/PROMO Offre la possibilità di ordinare direttamente le ultime novità e promozioni dei prodotti ACERBIS. 06 - DOCUMENTI Riepiloga i propri documenti di fatturazione ed offre la possibilità di scari- carli in formato PDF ed Excel. 06 - STATISTICHE Indica il valore mensile spedito in riferimento all'anno in corso, sia solare sia fiscale.
