I T Attraverso l'ufficio Customer Service ACERBIS, i nostri clienti saranno provvisti del codice ID e password per accedere alla piattaforma e-commerce, la quale, all'interno dei seguenti menu a tendina, offrirà le seguenti funzioni: 1 – P R O D O T T I Individuare le collezioni, verificare le disponibilità attuali a magazzino, controllare le disponibilità future, identificare prezzo lordo e netto unitario per tutti gli articoli. 2 – C A R R E L L O / O R D I N I Scegliere il prodotto per quantità e taglia. Inserire eventuali note d'ordine ed infine confermare l'ordine stesso. Nel menu ORDINI, invece, sono storicizzati tutti i propri acquisti suddivisi per riferimento d'ordine. 3 – B A C K O R D E R Tener traccia del proprio materiale inevaso e le rispettive date di riapprovvigionamento. 4 – P A G A M E N T I Informa il cliente della propria situazione contabile e finanziaria. 5 – N E W / P R O M O Offre la possibilità di ordinare direttamente le ultime novità e promozioni dei prodotti ACERBIS. 6 – D O C U M E N T I Riepiloga i propri documenti di fatturazione ed offre la possibilità di scaricarli in formato PDF ed Excel. 7 – S T A T I S T I C H E Indica il valore mensile spedito in riferimento all'anno in corso, sia solare sia fiscale.
