BESPOKE INFO AND CONDITIONS / INFORMAZIONI E CONDIZIONI BESPOKE INFORMAZIONI PRATICHE ◯ Tempistiche realizzazione bozza grafica = n. 5 gg lavorativi a partire dalla ricezione delle informazioni complete e dei loghi in formato vettoriale / possibilita' aumento in alta sta- gione (giu-dic) fino a max 7 gg lavorativi. ◯ Contenuto bozza grafica = n. 3 grafiche con medesimo mo- dello. ◯ Tempistiche apportazione modifiche = n. 3 gg lavorativi bassa stagione (dic-mag) / n. 5 gg lavorativi alta stagione (giu-dic). ◯ Tempistiche di produzione = n. 8 settimane da approvazio- ne bozza grafica definitiva e contestuale ricezione ordine completo di quantitativi e taglie oppure a partire da appro- vazione campione se richiesto. ◯ Tempistiche produzione campione = n. 2 settimane / pos- sibile incremento in caso di sovraccarico unita' produttive (max 4 settimane). ◯ A causa della forte attivita' nel periodo di alta stagione (giu–dic), le tempistiche di produzione sopra riportate po- trebbero essere disattese e aumentate. CONDIZIONI COMMERCIALI ◯ Personalizzazione con numero/nome = extra charge € 1,80 cad. ◯ Ordine minimo = n. 10 pz. ◯ Riordino minimo = n. 10 pz. ◯ Modifiche grafiche = n. 3 modifiche possibili su variante se- lezionata / a partire dalla modifica n. 4 saranno addebitati €50,00. ◯ Campione pre - produzione = solo su specifica richiesta con addebito di € 60,00 + spese spedizione. ◯ Se a seguito dell'invio da parte di ACERBIS delle grafiche l'ordine non venisse confermato in max 90 giorni, saranno addebitati € 100,00. NOTE IMPORTANTI ◯ Il posizionamento e le dimensioni dei loghi sono definiti pre- ventivamente come da standard. ◯ I colori presentati sono puramente indicativi. Qualora sia ne- cessario realizzare un colore specifico si renderà necessa- rio informare preventivamente ACERBIS e inviare un codice pantone di riferimento. ◯ I loghi dovranno essere obbligatoriamente forniti in forma- to vettoriale. ACERBIS non si farà carico in nessun caso di ricostruire loghi inviati in formato differente da quello ri- chiesto. ◯ Il colore delle cuciture sarà il medesimo del colore domi- nante selezionato. PRACTICAL INFORMATION ◯ Time for creation of graphic draft = 5 working days from re- ceipt of complete information and logos in vector format / possibly more during high season (jun-dec), up to a max of 7 working days. ◯ Contents graphics draft = 3 versions of same model. ◯ Times for undertaking modifications = 3 working days low season (dec-may) / 5 working days high season (jun-dec). ◯ Production times = 8 weeks from approval of final graphics drafts and receipt of order complete with quantities and si- zes or from approval of samples if requested. ◯ Times for production of sample = 2 weeks / possibly more in the case of overwork of production units (max 4 weeks). ◯ Due the amount of work that is handled during high season (jun–dec), the production times could be disregarded and increased. SALES CONDITIONS ◯ Customisation with number/name = extra charge € 1,80 each. ◯ Minimum order = 10 pieces. ◯ Minimum reorder = 10 pieces. ◯ Graphic modifications = 3 modifications possible on se- lected variation / € 50,00 will be charged starting from ver- sion n. 4. ◯ Pre-production sample = only on specific request at a cost of €60,00 + shipping costs. ◯ If, following the sending of the graphics by ACERBIS, the order will not be sent within 90 days, an amount of € 100,00 will be charged. N.B. ◯ The positioning and dimensions of the logos are established beforehand as standard. ◯ The colours presented are an indication only. Should it be necessary to achieve a specific colour it will be necessary to inform ACERBIS in advance and send a pantone code for reference. ◯ Logos must be furnished in vector format. ACERBIS is in no way responsible for reconstructing logos forwarded in formats other than the one requested. ◯ The colour of the stitching will be the same as the dominant colour selected.
